States Where Most Students Passed WAEC in Nigeria

If you know someone who is planning to write WAEC in Lagos State, tell them to change their Centre because its not the best performing state in terms of WAEC results (tell no one I gave you that advice;joking).
According to statistics released by WAEC for the may/june 2014 WASSCE, Anambra, Abia and Edo states came top as best performing states with 65.92%, 58.52%, and  57.82% respectively (I guess these are places you should tell people to go next year; joking).
Just as we have best performing states we also have worst performing states (plenty olodo). The olodo States include Adamawa, Jigawa, Sokoto, Zamfara, Kebbi, Gombe, Bauchi and Yobe with a score of less than 10%. Lagos State falls between the states with 26-45% score.

Where will you advice someone to write WAEC ? Anambra or Lagos?
