» » All Day Schools Should Be Converted To Boarding Schools:Onakoya

My guess is, you are or were a day student.
Due to the incessant mass failure in the WAEC examinations, head of human capital management, Premier Academy, Lugbe, Dele Onakoya, has proposed the conversion of all schools to boarding schools.
During an interview with LEADERSHIP, onakoya explained that based on experience, boarding school students are more discipline and better at management of time than day students. He also stated that reverting to the day school system is not really helping.
He said that in Premier Academy, all the students are in the hostel. The other thing which also help them is proper hostel management. They take note that the hostel is a home away from home, so they make it conducive while getting the students to focus on their studies. The students are not actually missing home and yet they have ample time to study. "If schools are doing that, I think we will have better result,” he said.

Is Onakoya right by proposing that all schools be converted to boarding schools?

  2. As indicated by Xiaoxia, Heeju, Nicci and Stone (2010) the elements that add to the issues of instructor education and instructor maintenance are fluctuated and complex, however one factor that educator teachers are worried about is the elective pathways through which educator education happen. https://dynamichealthstaff.com/ielts-online-coaching-india
